Assistant Project Manager

B&C Transit, Inc. is seeking a Assistant Project Manager. The successful applicant will assist the Project Manager in all phases of design, construction, and close-out of the project. Specific responsibilities include assisting in the following tasks:

  • Review and process drawings, RFI’s and submittals
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Participate in project meetings
  • Build and manage schedules
  • Build and manage schedule of values and invoicing
  • Track and manage the project budget

Qualifications/Desired Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or related field required
  • Ability to think critically
  • Enthusiasm to learn
  • Self Motivated
  • Ability to work independently as well as in groups
  • Ability to identify and implement solutions to everyday project issues
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
